Title: Images: Why is my Image List loading slow?
It takes me quite a while to get Image List loaded.
The loading time of Image List is directly proportional to the number of files you have under it. You should try to keep as fewer files as possible. Only place "active images" under the default image folder. Move all other "permanent" images (such as your company logo, border images, background images) to other folders.
For a 56K connection, you should try to keep fewer than 50 files.
