How do I find out my actual "Path to Documents"?
Use the "Path Info" to find out your "Path to Documents". It is usually in one of these formats:
• /usr341/home/m/y/myprop/public_html
• /home/username/www
• /www
• /home/username/public_html
• /public_html
• /home/username/htdocs
• /htdocs
If you use the wrong path, RWP will show error message "Failed to connect to ftp server. Please make sure FTP address, FTP username and FTP password are correct.".
If your website is hosted on UPOINT's server, your Path to Documents is: "/www"
