Title: @1 Day Publisher: General Brief introduction on features.
Display the pre-programmed event for the current day on existing web pages via SSI. The event can be a text message or an image.
Administrator can pre-programmed multiple events such as:
- a birthday cake image on Mothers' Day for every year
- a church image for every Sunday
- a "We are closed today" text message for the first and third Sunday of every month .... and so on.
Feature:
• Admin Control Interface: Password-protected with Add, Edit, Delete, Erase All and Image Upload features.
• Intelly-Search: The script will only search the complete data file once a day. If it has been executed for that particular day, it is intelligent enough to get the current event without searching the complete data file again. This effectively reduces the CPU load.
• Event Mode: Text messages or images can be displayed.
• Erase All: Erase all events in one go (confirmation needed).
• Default events: You may use AA::WW::AA (lowest priority) to set the default events.
Event Priority:
If a day has more than one event pre-programmed, the script will use the event based on the following priority:
Monthly event:
1) DD::MM::YY (highest priority - overwrites events of less priority)
2) DD::MM::AA
3) DD::AA::YY
4) DD::AA::AA
5) AA::MM::YY
6) AA::MM::AA
7) AA::AA::YY
8) AA::AA::AA
Weekly event:
9) PP::WW::MM
10) PP::WW::AA
11) AA::WW::MM
12) AA::WW::AA (lowest priority - overwritten by events of higher priority)
