After running the Auto Delete script, a message "Files Deleted !" was generated. But when I checked the folder using FTP, the files are not deleted.
1) Please note that this script only works under Unix/Linux system.
2) Are the files older than the date you set in the script? If not, they won't be deleted.
3) Is the path to the folder correct? It must be the FULL path. If you are not sure, please download the "path.cgi" script in this Help Center (under "General Help" >> "Acquire general installation or troubleshooting help"). Find out the full path of the folder using the "path.cgi" script. The detailed instruction comes with the script.
